Sikh Students Association celebrates Vaisakhi at Rutgers University, Camden, NJ

The Sikh Student Association of Rutgers University, Camden, New Jersey organized and hosted the ‘Vaisakhi’ – Sikh exhibit at the campus to highlight, educate and bring about awareness of the Sikh heritage to all the students on Thursday, April 6, 2017. The exhibit comprised of turban tying, dissemination of literature on the Sikh Faith and heritage. Light refreshments were provided to all attendees. The Sikh students answered many questions by the other attending students.

Even though the Sikh Student Association is small, it is very active and is constantly doing outreach programs on a regular basis.
